Hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM (in your time zone, flexible hours)

Summary 

We’re on the hunt for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you’ll work on a wide range of design projects, from concept development to final execution, all while honing your skills and contributing to impactful campaigns.

Accountabilities 

90% Graphic Design and Collaboration

• Create engaging designs for print, digital, and multimedia campaigns.
• Collaborate with Senior Graphic Designers, Art Directors, and copywriters to execute creative concepts.
• Translate client briefs into visually compelling designs that meet brand guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and solutions.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

10% Learning and Growth

• Accept and apply feedback to improve designs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and tools, continually refining your skills.
• Contribute to maintaining design standards and processes across the team.

We’re looking for 

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for design.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
