Title: Graphic Designer (Remote – Latin America)

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in Brazil, Argentina, or Colombia; within ±1 hour of EST)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join a fast-growing creative team at a remote advertising and marketing agency. This is a mid-level position ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, fluent English communication skills, and the ability to balance fast-paced production work with occasional creative projects.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Senior Designer to deliver high-quality marketing collateral, both templated and custom, across web, print, and digital media.

What You’ll Do:

Design and adapt marketing materials such as:

  • Web pages and landing pages
  • Print collateral (pamphlets, brochures, business cards)
  • Digital and social media ads
  • Logos and branding elements

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Modifying and adapting templates for different formats and audiences
  • Reconfiguring layouts and maintaining consistency across brand assets
  • Collaborating with team members and responding to feedback and revision requests efficiently
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously with speed and accuracy

Tools You’ll Use:

Primary: Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

Secondary: Canva (occasional use)

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in production or media design roles

Language:

  • Fluent in English (C1/C2 level); excellent grammar and communication skills

Skills:

  • Strong layout, typography, and production design capabilities
  • Attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines while still contributing creative input when needed
  • Comfort with fast turnarounds and revisions

Personality:

  • Adaptable, proactive, and a strong cultural fit for a collaborative remote team
  • Willing to learn, receive feedback, and grow with the company

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, remote
  • Must be located within ±1 hour of Eastern Time (ET)
