Position : Graphic Designer

Work Hours (Client) : Working hours are flexible, but the candidate must be available for at least 4–6 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (PST), between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Pay Range : $1200 - $2000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : Latin America, South Africa

Duties and Responsibilities:

We're looking for a detail-obsessed, design-savvy Graphic Designer to join our creative ecosystem. Your core responsibility will be translating strategic ideas and structured content into visually compelling presentations using tools like Figma, Google Slides, and Keynote. You'll work closely with our internal team and, at times, directly with clients to deliver high-impact pitch decks and business presentations.

  • Design and deliver high-quality presentation decks (pitch decks, business reports, visual storytelling)
  • Translate verbal or written briefs into visually compelling slides
  • Ensure consistency in layout, typography, colors, and visual identity across all pages
  • Collaborate with clients and internal team members to refine and finalize designs
  • Prepare and deliver final assets in Figma, Google Slides, or Keynote, depending on project requirements
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail — no typos, inconsistent fonts, or misaligned elements
  • Take full ownership of each project from concept to delivery
  • Join client calls as necessary

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (light accent is acceptable, as long as clarity and professionalism are maintained in client-facing conversations.)

Experience: 3+ years of related experience

  • 3 years of graphic design experience, ideally with a focus on presentation design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing pitch decks or similar presentation work — portfolio link is required
  • Proficiency in Figma, Google Slides, and Keynote
  • Excellent understanding of layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
  • Sharp eye for detail and consistency (e.g., font usage, spacing, colors, alignment)
  • Clear communication skills; ability to take feedback and run with it
  • Ownership mindset — proactive, responsible, and reliable under minimal supervision
  • Comfortable occasionally joining client calls
