What we're looking for

Our US-based client, an advertising agency focused on making high-converting brand strategies accessible to smaller e-commerce businesses, is seeking a Graphic Designer to create compelling ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram. This role plays a key part in developing digital assets that drive performance across paid social campaigns.

If you’re creative, data-aware, and passionate about digital design that converts, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-moving, results-driven team.

Responsibilities

  • Design static and animated ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Work within brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
  • Iterate on top-performing designs based on campaign data.
  • Collaborate closely with marketers and creative leads to meet performance goals.
  • Stay updated on direct-response trends and best practices in digital design.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a design role within an e-commerce, startup, or agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital ad creatives for social media.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Solid understanding of direct-response design principles and the US consumer market.
  • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • A solid portfolio showcasing your work

Nice to Have

  • Basic animation or video editing skills.
  • Prior experience working with agencies or performance marketing teams.
  • Comfort using performance data to inform creative decisions.
