Graphic Designer (part-time)

What type of people are we looking for?

• Someone with experience in digital design, mainly ads and landing pages
• A designer very good in Figma
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere, useful for animations and basic video editing
• Ability to design websites based on UX guidelines and best practices
• Availability and responsiveness during business hours (9 AM–5 PM) – not full-time, but ideally someone who can react quickly when needed

What skills and experience are crucial for us?

• Design digital materials, primarily ads and landing pages
• Create simple animations and edit short video content
• Transfer Key Visuals to Figma and adjust designs according to UX guidelines
• Collaborate with the marketing team and UX designer

And it’s not the end! Here’s what you can expect from us:

• 70–80 PLN/hour gross
• flexible, ad hoc collaboration – no guaranteed hours, but regular support may be needed
• agreement type of your choice between B2B contract or contract of mandate (UZ)
• becoming a PRO user of ClickUp
• full access to needed digital tools and our knowledge library
• multiple occasions to integrate with all Tribers (if wanted)
• possibility to use our benefits like Multisport card and Luxmed on preferential terms (if wanted)

Important Note

We’re looking for someone to act as a reliable backup or support – someone who can jump in when our main designer is unavailable or when urgent projects arise.

Responsiveness and flexibility during the day are key.

If you're looking for a predictable freelance gig where you're offline most of the day – this probably isn't the right match.
