About The Role

We’re looking for a dedicated, full-time graphic designer (junior or mid-level) who’s skilled in Canva and Figma to join our team remotely. You’ll be replacing a part-time freelancer and stepping into a vital role that supports our work with small, local, family-owned & operated businesses. Your designs will be central to helping these businesses tell their story and stand out in their communities.

What You’ll Do

  • Create branded visual content using Canva and Figma (Adobe not required)
  • Collaborate with our U.S.-based team across design needs
  • Understand and reflect each client’s personality and market
  • Work with consistency, speed, and responsiveness
  • Contribute to team culture, including weekly Feedback Fridays & T.E.A.M. Meeting

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong Canva and Figma portfolio
  • Junior-level designers welcome if you’re skilled and eager to grow
  • Passion for client impact and results
  • Reliable, fast, and organized
  • Comfortable working within team systems and feedback culture
  • Bonus: Familiarity with EOS or small business marketing
