About The Role
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in bringing our client's brand vision to life through visually compelling and innovative designs. This role involves creating high-quality graphics for both digital and print, working closely with the marketing and design teams to develop content that resonates with the target audience.
Responsibilities
- Design sets of product images (including Amazon and Shopify image galleries and A+ content) for new product launches and refreshed listings
- Create and update product packaging designs ensuring accurate layout of technical details, barcodes, and brand elements.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce visual narratives that align with brand guidelines.
- Maintain design consistency across all materials, ensuring brand integrity.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas.
- Prepare design files for production, ensuring proper formats, resolutions, and color settings.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while delivering high-quality designs.
- Conduct regular reviews and revisions based on feedback from internal teams.
Must-Have
Competencies and Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in graphic design, specializing in both digital and print.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to create visually engaging designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with marketing and creative teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts,, or a related field.
- Certification in Adobe Creative Cloud or other relevant design tools (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert).
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, including Amazon and Shopify.
- Knowledge of 3D programs (e.g., Blender) Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Chat GPT, Midjourney, Sora, Runway,)
- Familiarity with designing and creating templates in Canva Experience with packaging design and asset management.
