We are now seeking a talented and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our team in a growing and progressive business. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing our brand, producing creative assets for various channels, and enhancing our overall brand strategy. This role is perfect for someone passionate about graphic design who can collaborate with marketing teams to produce a wide range of creative projects and directly shape our brand’s visual appeal.

This role is home based and therefore we require you to have a set up at home that allows you to work comfortably. This includes an appropriate desk and chair (excl. IT equipment which we will provide). By proceeding with your application, you are confirming you are able to do this.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The focus of this role is to design creative assets that support a wide range of business needs. You will collaborate closely with both B2B and patient/volunteer marketing teams. Given the variety of audiences, you will be adept at creating materials that align with the brief while staying true to our brand. You will also take the lead in developing and evolving our brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent and professional quality across all channels and audiences.

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • A Higher National Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field along with a portfolio of work.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industry).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.) Video editing and motion graphics abilities are desirable.
  • An understanding of HTML/CSS for both print and web-based designs.
  • Ability to interpret design/creative briefs for a variety of different audiences (scientific audiences, patients, sponsors, and stakeholders)
  • Good time management, organisational skills, and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of print and digital media design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a regulated industry.
  • Strong attention to detail for accuracy.
