As we expand our fleet of purpose-built robots for delivery, advertising, warehouse logistics, and beyond, we need a talented designer to help bring our brand to life across all touchpoints.
The Role
We're seeking a proactive Mid-weight Graphic Designer who can translate our groundbreaking robotics vision into compelling visual storytelling. You'll create materials that communicate our practical, future-building approach across decks, marketing collateral, event materials, robot wraps, and OOH advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strong design fundamentals with an innovative approach to using AI tools to enhance their workflow.
What You'll Do
- Design high-impact marketing and sales materials that convey complex robotics concepts with clarity and confidence
- Create visual assets for digital and physical platforms (presentations, website elements, robot wraps, OOH advertising)
- Develop compelling outdoor advertising concepts for our robotics advertising platform
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop materials that drive our business goals
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
- Leverage AI design tools to accelerate workflows and expand creative possibilities
- Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders, explaining your strategic choices
What You'll Bring
- Proven graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing versatility across mediums
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and willingness to master emerging AI design tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, with ability to implement consistent brand systems
- Experience designing for both digital and physical environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain design decisions (C1 English level)
- Organized approach to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Motion graphics and video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects) – highly valued!
- Experience with OOH and environmental advertising design
- Experience with UI/UX design principles
- Understanding of the robotics or automation industries
- Advanced proficiency with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for visual content
