What You’ll Do

As a Graphic Designer, you will report to Senior Vice President, Marketing and Engagement and be responsible for advancing our brand and content strategy to support growth, build awareness and credibility, drive market engagement, and increase impact. This role works closely with other members of the marketing team and external vendors to advance our mission to reimagine pediatric health care through innovative, effective brand management targeting thought leaders, national health plan audiences, provider groups, media and government officials. With a keen focus on accelerating our brand through effective design and brand management, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Use Adobe suite design software to create graphics, custom iconography and illustrations in the design of marketing assets for digital and print channels.
  • Support the development of polished market-facing content such as collateral, presentations, promotional items, event and environmental design, social and web graphics, presentation posters, and co-branded materials—ensuring consistency, accuracy, and visual impact.
  • Serve as a brand steward, maintaining and updating content across the internal content library and external vendors (including print stores) to ensure brand consistency and accurate messaging.
  • Manage inventory of creative assets and maintain version control for all materials and corporate brand assets and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their graphic needs for various projects and create marketing materials and support campaigns that align with our organizational goals and brand.
  • Oversee and carefully manage the proofing, formatting and print production process for B2C and B2B audiences, including SMOG readability testing for patient/caregiver communications and making copy adjustments to align with state-required Medicaid reading levels
  • Provide light video editing or motion graphic support for multimedia campaigns and initiatives, social and internal projects.
  • Support internal marketing operations such as asset tracking, digital folder management, campaign documentation, and brand governance.
  • In partnership with digital marketing manager and UX manager, support web content management, including SEO best practices and light CMS updates.
  • Support the brand and design needs of SWAG orders and branded merchandise for events and team needs.
  • Role is remote with some travel necessary for events, team collaboration and training/education purposes

What You Bring & How You Qualify

In this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Visual Communication or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a creative or marketing role, with a focus on design and content and designing and laying out marketing materials.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, digital and visual work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a must), Wordpress and Figma.
  • Experience with photography, motion graphics, or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Comfortable using ClickUp or similar project/task management tools.
  • Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to create original unique designs with strong typography, illustration and layout abilities.
  • Familiarity with preparing production-ready files and print processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence and thorough knowledge of rules of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Proven experience producing high-quality marketing materials in B2B and B2C settings.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A self-starter mentality with an eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute creative ideas.
  • A strong eye for detail and design.
  • Experience managing brand assets and production files for digital and print.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity working with swag and print vendors to manage asset and materials inventory.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and ability to take feedback, learn quickly, and work under tight deadlines.

The budgeted salary for the role is $75,000 - $90,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
