Articulate Designer

Our Client is seeking an experienced Articulate Designer to support the Learning and Development team of a healthcare organization by converting an existing PowerPoint presentation into an engaging, interactive eLearning module. This is a remote, short-term project-based opportunity expected to span approximately two weeks, with potential for extension.

You Will:

• Transform a 61-slide PowerPoint presentation into an Articulate module, aligning with state-specific compliance requirements and internal branding guidelines
• Incorporate interactive elements such as knowledge checks and quizzes to enhance learner engagement and reinforce content comprehension
• Work within provided content without the need for net-new instructional development
• Apply consistent visual design and layout standards across all slides, incorporating the client’s visual identity and style guides
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review drafts and iterate on feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver a fully functional, SCORM-compliant Articulate module ready for LMS upload and deployment

You Have:

• Proven experience designing eLearning content in Articulate Storyline or Rise, with a strong portfolio showcasing similar work
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to translate static slides into dynamic, user-friendly training experiences
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and eLearning best practices, particularly within regulated industries such as healthcare
• Excellent attention to detail, file organization, and project documentation skills
• Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and pivot based on feedback

• Start Date/Duration: Starting ASAP, Project-Based, Due in Two Weeks
• Onsite/Offsite: Remote working roughly ET or CT hours (*Must be based in the US)
• Laptop/Software Requirements: Working on your own Laptop & Software
