We’re looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to join our small but high-performing Marketing team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in bringing our brand to life across a wide range of print and digital channels. From emails and web design to infographics and sales collateral, your work will help shape how Forward is seen – polished, professional, and proudly distinct in our space.

In this role you will:

  • Design and produce a wide variety of marketing assets, including pitch presentations, sales materials, HTML emails, social media content, infographics, signage, branded merchandise, and more.
  • Ensure all creative output is visually compelling, on-brand, and delivered on time.
  • Apply and evolve our Brand Guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and contributing to their ongoing development and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teammates to define and uphold the visual direction of the Forward brand.
  • Contribute to marketing strategy discussions, helping identify the right channels and creative approaches to meet business objectives to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Partner with our UX team to ensure consistency across all channels, including digital experiences.
  • Partner with any outside design-related resources we may engage with for specialized creative development (e.g., highly produced video, highly animated/visual presentation, etc.).
  • Support internal brand education by guiding teams on best practices for using design assets effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of design experience across channels like email, social, web, print, and presentations
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across formats and media
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, and presentation software, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, Prezi, or similar. Experience with Wordpress, Hubspot, Canva, and Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and design principles
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator and natural collaborator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams
