Role Summary

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. In this role, he/she will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual content that aligns with brand identity and resonates with the audience. He/she will collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to produce high-quality visuals that enhance digital and print communications. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Manage customers’ requests and inquiries via email and the BigCommerce website

  • Manage and help fill orders on two sales platforms, BigCommerce and Dubsado

  • Use Adobe design programs, such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to fill orders

  • Performing the following graphic design and visual content creation duties:

  • Conceptualize and create original graphics, illustrations, logos, icons, and other visual content for digital and print media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations

  • Develop and maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all visual content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines

  • Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for digital products, including websites, apps, and online platforms

  • Performing the following collaboration and communication duties:

  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements, target audiences, and design objectives

  • Translate complex ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the intended message

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns and product launches

  • Performing the following project management duties:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines

  • Work closely with project managers to prioritize tasks, provide updates, and address any design-related challenges that arise during the project lifecycle

  • Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects, ensuring easy access and collaboration with other team members

  • Performing the following feedback and revisions duties:

  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients to refine and improve designs, ensuring they meet expectations and objectives

  • Stay open to constructive criticism and continuously seek ways to enhance design quality and creativity

  • Performing the following design tools and software duties:

  • Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools, to create high-quality designs

  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and efficiency

  • Performing the following brand development and innovation duties:

  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the company’s brand identity, providing fresh and innovative ideas that keep the brand relevant and appealing

  • Experiment with new design techniques and formats to push creative boundaries and deliver cutting-edge visuals

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • 2–3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized company
  • Experience in or understanding of the staffing/recruitment industry is a plus
  • Strong understanding of California employment laws and HR compliance
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills)
  • Knowledge of the Paylocity payroll platform is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Bullhorn ATS is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
