As a Static Ads Designer, you’ll be at the creative core of some of the fastest-scaling eCom and DTC brands in Europe and the US. Your work will be seen by millions — and directly tied to performance. This isn’t an art project. It’s creative that sells.

⚙️ Creative Execution:
– Design scroll-stopping static ads for Meta, based on briefs, hooks, angles, and performance data
– Bring structure and variation to concepts: iterations, testable variations, and clean systems
– Own your output — fast, reliable turnaround while maintaining quality
🧠 Creative Collaboration:
– Work closely with creative strategists, media buyers, and UGC editors
– Interpret briefs into multiple versions, always keeping performance at the center
– Participate in async feedback loops with clients and internal teams
📈 Performance-First Mindset:
– Constantly improve based on CTR, ROAS, and thumbstop performance
– Use benchmarks and real data to guide design direction
– Understand what sells in direct response — not just what looks good
