Job Summary
We're looking for a talented and versatile Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a contract basis for approximately 75 hours, with timing and total hours dependent on the agreed hourly rate and project needs. You'll be responsible for a wide range of design projects, including web, print, and general marketing materials. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong grasp of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently while upholding brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
Design Execution:
Create high-quality visual assets for a variety of projects, including websites, marketing collateral, email campaigns, presentations, and other digital and print materials.
Develop and execute designs that are visually appealing, on-brand, and effective in communicating the intended message.
Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
Web Design:
Design and develop visually engaging and user-friendly website layouts and assets based on current web design trends and best practices.
Print Design:
Design and prepare files for a variety of print materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
Ensure print designs are accurate, high-quality, and meet printing specifications.
Brand Adherence:
Maintain a strong understanding of the company's brand guidelines and ensure all designs adhere to these standards.
Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and other departments.
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts.
