As a Graphic Designer, you will have a real impact on:

Creative Execution

Deliver innovative, high-impact visual concepts that push creative boundaries while aligning with the overall brand. Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles and an ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with Brand and Creative leadership to develop and execute a unified creative vision. Collaborate across teams—including copywriting, web, and video—to ensure cohesive, integrated campaign execution.

Client Engagement

Interpret and act on creative briefs with precision. Engage directly with internal clients throughout the design process to ensure alignment with objectives and expectations. Proactively ask questions to clarify goals and uncover the key creative drivers that lead to successful outcomes.

Concept Presentation

Effectively and confidently present creative ideas and articulate the rationale behind your work. Ability to pitch and defend creative decisions to both internal teams and external clients.

Project & Time Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project milestones. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and work efficiently within project management systems.

Asset Organization

Maintain well-structured, clearly labeled, and accessible design files. Ensure assets are easily interpretable and shareable among team members to support collaboration and continuity.

What YOU Bring To The Team

• At least 5 years of graphic design experience, and a portfolio shows your work.
• You excel at Adobe – Especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Not required but a bonus if you know your way around CorelDRAW Graphics Suite and other designs tools.
• Great communication skills and a keen eye for detail are a must.
• You stay in the loop with what's hot in the design world and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Experience working with different teams worldwide and juggling lots of projects at once.
• A degree in graphic design, visual communications, or something related would be ideal.
