We are currently seeking a full-time, Graphic Designer to work remotely.

Position Summary:

The Graphic Designer helps bring our mission to life by designing and producing graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media. They will coordinate with internal stakeholders to create and execute design solutions and collateral used for marketing, advertising, sales, and other forms of communication.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and various departments to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate our messages

  • Produce customized materials using established templates to maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent and cohesive visual identity across all materials

  • Create new on-brand marketing materials, including flyers, presentation decks, email newsletters, social campaigns, and website graphics

  • Refresh marketing materials to keep the brand current and engaging

  • Assist with print and digital collateral for large-scale events including social ads, signage, handouts and branded giveaways

  • Prepare files for print and coordinate with outside vendors to complete bimonthly print orders

  • Build and edit visually compelling website pages and modules using our CMS

  • Keep track of and communicate updates on all projects using our online project management software

  • Maintain clean and organized work files to be shared on our online content libraries

  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and with high quality

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design output

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic arts or related field
  • Strong corporate design skills in print and digital layout
  • Balance of creativity and eye for detail
  • Open-minded and flexible team player
  • Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
  • Good time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Understanding of print process, pre-flighting and packaging files
  • Front-end web design using CMS/WordPress
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
