About the Role
Atom is looking for a remote Graphic & Brand Designer to support visual content creation across digital channels. The role is part-time, requiring daily collaboration and timely execution of creative tasks, with a focus on brand consistency and design quality.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, engaging social media posts in alignment with provided content.
- Create brand identities, including logos, typography, and visual systems.
- Develop and maintain visual elements for websites and landing pages.
- Ensure designs align with content strategy and marketing objectives.
- Apply UX/UI best practices when working on interface-related assets or layouts.
- Collaborate with the internal team to maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
Tools & Expectations
- Use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Figma, or equivalents).
- Understand platform-specific design requirements (Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, etc.).
- Deliver files in organized, editable formats when needed.
- Follow Atom’s internal feedback, content calendar, and brand guidelines.
Testing Period
- One-month trial to evaluate performance, communication, and design alignment before continuing the engagement.
