Our client, a leader in the banking industry, is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their team. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic development team supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Hybrid (Charlotte, NC / Chandler, AZ)

What's the Job?

  • Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications using Python and Node.js.
  • Develop and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to enhance application functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, particularly with Python (Django, Flask) and Node.js.
  • Strong proficiency in backend development, including RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, as well as version control using GIT.
