About the Role

Remote

🎯 Your Mission:

You’ll take ownership of the ongoing development of our software platform and help ensure that both existing and new features continue to delight our users. You’ll scale a state-of-the-art platform that makes life easier for families and childcare providers across Switzerland.

🛠 What You’ll Do:

• Build and implement new features for the platform
• Contribute your expertise during sprint planning
• Proactively suggest architectural improvements
• Review code from other developers

👤 What You Bring:

• Strong understanding of web technologies – you’ll be working with our stack: React and Next.js with Tailwind and Shadcn; Postgres and Supabase
• Hands-on experience with Postgres and Supabase
• A “quality mindset” – every task, feature, or bug fix should be approached with excellence, with the goal of impressing each other
• A collaborative spirit – we work best when we lift each other up
