The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong proficiency in Angular and .NET technologies. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end features, contribute to best practices, and participate in a collaborative and innovative environment. As a fully remote role, it requires residing within the United States and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team setting.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with .NET, C#, Entity Framework, and LINQ to SQL
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and related branching strategies
  • Understanding of API development, security best practices, and backend integration techniques
  • Ability to work with and extend existing codebases efficiently
  • Knowledge of CI/CD workflows, Dependency Injection (DI), Inversion of Control (IoC), and Configuration Management
  • Solid understanding of software architecture principles including caching, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and fixing issues
  • Experience with automated testing (unit and integration tests) and collaborative development environments
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to justify technical decisions and collaborate effectively
  • Must be located in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Independently develop and implement small to mid-sized features with minimal supervision
  • Maintain and enhance expertise in Angular, .NET, C#, and Entity Framework to support platform development
  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly UI components using Angular and TypeScript
  • Build and maintain backend APIs and services that support the BScheduler platform
  • Ensure secure, high-performance data handling and seamless integration between frontend and backend systems
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments
  • Manage work priorities in alignment with sprint goals and team deliverables
  • Proactively respond to escalated support issues and time-sensitive bugs to ensure platform stability
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high coding standards
  • Contribute to internal documentation to promote knowledge sharing and maintainability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Advocate for a user-first approach, balancing delivery speed with quality and maintainability

Benefits

  • Remote-first work environment offering flexibility and work-life balance
  • Competitive salary range of $80,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage
  • Flexible vacation policy and 9 paid holidays annually
  • Opportunities for professional growth, training, and development
  • A collaborative, ego-free workplace culture that values transparency and innovation
