Job Summary:

We’re looking for a passionate engineer who excels at both front-end and back-end development, thrives in collaborative remote environments, and values clear, proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across the entire technology stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and share knowledge with team members.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness.
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of system architecture and technical processes.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout project lifecycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with modern front-end frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Strong proficiency in back-end technologies (such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or similar).
  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on detail and clarity.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Background in DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Prior experience working with distributed or international teams.
