This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and scale systems powering web/mobile apps, internal tools, and backend infrastructure in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build full stack features using Kotlin (or Java) and React (or modern JS frameworks).

  • Develop and maintain budgeting tools, virtual card controls, and smart auto-pay features.

  • Work on secure, high-performance APIs for web/mobile clients.

  • Collaborate with data/AI teams on natural language features.

  • Integrate with payment systems using ISO 8583, NACHA, OFX.

  • Enhance AWS infrastructure (ECS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch) for scalability and security.

  • Contribute to clean code, strong testing, and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in full stack development

  • Proficient in Kotlin/Java and React/modern JS frameworks

  • Experience with MySQL/Postgres, JSON querying/indexing

  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and AWS serverless environments

  • Strong ownership mindset and user-focused development

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, ISO 8583, or card issuing

  • AI/NLP integrations

  • Security best practices for financial systems

  • Contributions to open source or dev tools
