Our client is a U.S.-based construction company that specializes in steel core building systems. They are expanding their internal tools for operations, project management, and CRM.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to work closely with our client’s leadership team to build and maintain internal tools that enhance CRM workflows, support payment processing, and streamline business operations. The ideal candidate is a versatile programmer who can manage both front-end and back-end development with an eye for functionality and usability.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Develop and maintain internal web applications for business productivity.

- Build CRM-integrated tools, with a focus on Monday.com customization and extensions.

- Create secure and scalable payment processing tools (e.g., Stripe integration or similar).

- Design responsive front-end interfaces that are both functional and visually polished.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define specifications and iterate based on feedback.

- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of developed solutions.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.

- Direct experience working with or customizing Monday.com CRM.

- Previous experience building business tools related to project management and/or payment processing.

- Strong understanding of web application architecture and APIs.

- Ability to work independently and handle full-cycle development.

Preferred Skills:

- Background in developing tools for the construction industry.

- Experience integrating Stripe or similar payment systems.

- Familiarity with productivity and workflow automation platforms.

- Understanding of .NET Core is a plus.

- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

- Clear communicator comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders.

- Quality-focused with attention to UI/UX details.

- Fast learner, especially in business and industry-specific workflows.
