Position: Full-Stack Developer (React & Ruby on Rails)

Location: Latam based - Remote

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) CST.

Salary: $2.200 to $2.900 USD monthly.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and solid experience with Ruby on Rails to help shape the future of our platform. If you enjoy full ownership of features, working cross-functionally, and getting products into the hands of users fast this could be the role for you.

Our client specializes in innovative digital products that serve emerging markets, and this role is critical to their continued growth and mobile expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain front-end and back-end features using React and Ruby on Rails
  • Collaborate on the entire product lifecycle — from ideation to release
  • Optimize code for speed and usability, and proactively squash bugs
  • Handle submission and approval workflows for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • Work primarily during Central Time (CT) hours in a synchronous remote team

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or in similar roles.
  • Strong expertise in React, Ruby on Rails, and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with iOS and Android app store submission processes.
  • Previous experience working with international companies in industries such as digital products, technology startups, or software development.
  • Portfolio or GitHub showcasing clean, scalable development work.
  • English level: B2+ written and spoken.
