Salary: $3,000 USD/month

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-stack development across front-end and back-end—designing, building, and scaling robust, high-performance applications.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to turn complex requirements into elegant, maintainable solutions.
  • Architect scalable, secure systems and select appropriate technologies (React/Angular + Node.js/Python/Java).
  • Build responsive UIs and efficient server-side logic. Integrate APIs, manage databases (SQL/NoSQL), and implement cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Champion code quality through reviews, best practices (SOLID, TDD/BDD), and documentation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  • Partner with DevOps to refine CI/CD pipelines and ensure high availability in production.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years professional full-stack experience (front-end & back-end).
  • Expert in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end languages (Node.js, Python, or Java).
  • Strong database skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience deploying to Google Cloud Platform.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, Git, clean code, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automated testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Selenium).
  • Open-source contributions or developer community involvement.
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
