Full Stack Developer

Do you want to be part of building a rapidly internationalizing digital banking service where your code directly impacts user experience and business growth?

MobiBank is now looking for two experienced Full Stack Developers to strengthen its development team.

The jobs will start as temporary agency work, but there is a strong intention that these jobs will become permanent contracts, and the work can begin flexibly – even right away.

What will you be doing?

During the first months, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing backend functionalities as part of a larger service architecture
• Building new mobile banking interfaces and backend systems
• Integrating payment services and banking APIs
• Creating secure user authentication and login solutions
• Improving testing and deployment automation with the team
• Participating in designing technical solutions in collaboration with the product and design teams

What kind of team will you join?

You’ll become part of a compact and agile development team currently consisting of:

• CTO and experienced Full Stack Developers
• Graphic Designers
• An international team

MobiBank already has shareholders from over 10 different countries and is expanding rapidly on a global scale. The team works closely together and has a direct influence on the direction of product development – at this stage, every contribution truly matters.

What do we expect from you?

• Strong skills in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL databases
• Proficiency in React
• Experience or keen interest in mobile development (React Native, Flutter, or native languages such as Swift/Kotlin)
• Ability to understand and build technical systems – not just code, but full solutions
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to help build a meaningful, globally scalable service

Bonus points for experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure), DevOps, or CI/CD processes – but most important is a solid Full Stack foundation and a proactive attitude.
