About The Role
We are seeking a talented mid-to-senior full-stack engineer with expertise in Go and Typescript to join Hardfin and contribute to the development and expansion of our platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of technically challenging systems and data problems, including features that are already specified and new innovations yet to be developed. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering and CEO to execute strategic plans, helping shape the technical direction of Hardfin from the ground up. Our fast-paced and scrappy environment encourages quick iteration and pragmatic solutions, so candidates must be comfortable with making strategic tradeoffs between immediate needs and long-term scalability. Your contributions will directly influence the technical talent culture at Hardfin, setting standards for quality, innovation, and agility. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Denver metro areas, with a distributed team presence in both locations.
