Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Front End Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine.

Our client is a global collective of healthcare marketing agencies specializing in creating innovative marketing solutions for the healthcare industry. The project refers to part of the client’s network. This software-based advisorship enables pharmaceutical, biotech, and life science companies to tackle complex issues beyond traditional marketing communications and uncover innovative areas for competitive advantage and growth. The company, derived from the coordinates for the north pole, uses proprietary software platforms that help customers view challenges from new perspectives and unlock real-world data that drives real-world outcomes. The agency comprises a diverse team of solution architects – social scientists, experience engineers, medical experts, business strategists, and creative technical designers who explore the inner workings of problems and help clients visualize unexpected connections and make informed decisions that drive impact and change the trajectory of patient healthcare.

The stack includes React (with/ TypeScript), Next.js (App Router), and Ant Design as a UI base.

You should be comfortable with React Context for state management, working with design systems, modular component architecture, matching styles from hi-fi designs, and integrating with backend APIs to send/receive data via endpoints.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of commercial experience in front-end development.
  • 3-4 years of experience with React and the Next.js framework.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of Ant Design.
  • Understanding with writing tests.
  • Experience working on legacy projects.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Storybook, MSAL for Auth. Experience with Vitest for testing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain frontend features using React with TypeScript, Next.js, and Ant Design to support the migration of legacy applications.
  • Implement modular, reusable UI components aligned with a design system and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Manage application state using React Context and ensure seamless integration with backend APIs for data communication.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces that meet project requirements.
  • Optionally contribute to testing and authentication workflows using tools like Vitest and MSAL, supporting a robust development pipeline.
