We’re looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Web Developer to join our team in building a modern Content Management System (CMS) and high-performing web applications. You’ll work with Sanity.io, Next.js, and a range of modern web technologies to create scalable, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop fast, responsive websites and web applications using Next.js, React, and Sanity.io.

  • Build and maintain reusable UI components with Tailwind CSS and Tailwind UI.

  • Create and optimize APIs to support seamless data integration across systems.

  • Implement and integrate key marketing tools, including:

  • Analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics)

  • Tag managers (e.g. Google Tag Manager)

  • CRM forms (e.g. Eloqua, Salesforce)

  • A/B testing platforms

  • Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

  • Write clean, maintainable code in JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Use GitHub for version control and manage code deployment workflows.

  • Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical roadblocks.

  • Ensure all web solutions meet industry standards, data privacy regulations, and brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and backend teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality solutions.

  • Stay up to date with the latest web development tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Next.js, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of Sanity.io, including schema creation, GROQ queries, and CMS customization.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
  • Skilled in Tailwind CSS and the use of Tailwind UI component libraries.
  • Experience with website performance tuning, SEO, and WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Familiar with integrating third-party tools like analytics, tag managers, and CRMs into web platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to articulate status updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a passion for creating polished, user-friendly experiences.
  • Competent in Git-based workflows and version control best practices.
  • Comfortable working with RESTful and/or Graph QL APIs.
  • Aware of compliance and privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, cookie consent, accessibility).
  • Strong debugging skills and the ability to resolve complex frontend issues.
