A Graphic Designer is needed for a podcast rebrand of “What Do You Do For Work”, a show centered on millennial identity, purpose, and the evolving relationship with work. The role involves creating a refreshed brand identity, including a new podcast name, logo, color palette, and typography that captures a nostalgic yet bold take on early 2000s office culture. The ideal designer will provide a creative direction that resonates with millennial listeners, drawing from a distinct aesthetic reference, and contribute to building a strong visual presence. This is a short-term remote project with the possibility of follow-up work based on results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand design, with a focus on logo creation, typography, and color theory
  • Strong ability to interpret and translate visual references into compelling design concepts
  • Familiarity with early 2000s visual culture and the ability to reimagine it in a fresh, sassy, and modern way
  • Portfolio that reflects creative flair and an understanding of branding for digital media
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver high-quality work within a short timeframe
  • Must be available to work remotely and open to feedback during the design process
