The Role

SAVA is hiring a thoughtful and experienced UX/UI Product Designer to help design our flagship mobile app from the ground up - the core interface through which our users can understand, manage, and reclaim control of their health.

This project is about deeply understanding individuals’ needs and translating messy biological data into clarity, action, and empowerment. You’ll play a pivotal role in in a small, high-performing team across the entire experience from blank canvas to launch and beyond. The pace is fast, the problems are complex, and the impact is real.

What You’ll Do

  • Design the end-to-end user experience of our consumer mobile app (iOS and Android)
  • Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams
  • Transform complex health data into clear, user-friendly interfaces and visualisations
  • Bring Sava’s vision and strategy to life (in collaboration with the Product Manager and Clinical teams), aligning with business objectives and user needs
  • Build and maintain a cohesive, scalable design system
  • Constantly iterate based on real-world feedback and product performance
  • Help define and evolve our design culture as the company grows

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with strong craft, clarity of thought, and a real sense of care for the end user. You will bring:

  • 5+ years of mobile product design experience, ideally in digital health, wellness, fintech, iOT
  • Experience driving large scale projects (e.g. app redesigns, major product iteration, new verticals)
  • Strategic thinking, polished interaction & visual design, and measurable business/user impact, evidenced by an impressive portfolio
  • Strong, demonstrated track record of simplifying complex data into user-friendly interfaces
  • Clean visual design sense
  • Ability to understand technical implications in the design decisions
  • High UX focus and understanding of human behaviour
  • Mastery of common design tools (Figma)
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with low ego and welcoming attitude towards feedback

Bonus Points For

  • Passion for integrating AI-powered tools (e.g. Figma AI, Cursor, Lovable) throughout the design process
