Job Summary:
Field Marketing and Events Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing
logistics, field event support, or tech-related programs. You will report to the Field Marketing Manager, North America, with a dotted line to the Field Marketing Director, Americas.
This role will support regional marketing activities across North America, with a primary focus on event logistics, coordination, internal communications, and tactical campaign execution. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our field programs, partner initiatives, and marketing events are executed flawlessly and contribute meaningfully to pipeline and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all logistics for field marketing activities including live and virtual events, webinars, tradeshows, roadshows, and partner programs.
Support event planning from pre-event setup to post-event follow-up including registration, signage, promotional items, shipping, booth materials, and staff schedules.
Assist with digital marketing tasks such as list management, email deployments, social media support, and reporting.
Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of all tasks.
Monitor project timelines and manage tools such as Monday.com to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Help localize and format content such as event signage, one-pagers, and PowerPoint decks.
Maintain organized inventory of field materials and branded assets.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
University degree or professional qualification in marketing or business.
1-2 years successful marketing and event experience in a B2B technology sector, either unified communications
telecom, software, IT, managed services, SaaS and/or cloud technologies.
Fundamental knowledge and experience with creative design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
Strong oral/written communication skills, business led but comfortable with technology.
Highly detail-oriented with strong project and time management abilities
Experience in creating and delivering presentations to customers and partners.
University degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Highly organized with attention to detail and strong multitasking skills.
Comfortable working with tools like Microsoft 365, Monday.com, Canva, and HubSpot or Salesforce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to jump in and help where needed.
Fluency in English.
