Virtual Rockstar is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to help support our client — a passionate preschool owner and entrepreneur based in Arizona. This is a remote, full-time role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to support a growing business and personal brand.

Support a dynamic, mission-driven entrepreneur who owns and operates a growing chain of high-quality childcare centers in the Phoenix, Arizona area. In addition to her work in early childhood education, she also leads an online coaching business that helps entrepreneurs move from stuck to thriving as they build their own empires.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage and organize calendar and inbox
Book appointments and coordinate meetings
Support travel planning and create detailed itineraries
Assist with event coordination and personal scheduling
Provide administrative support across multiple ongoing projects
Marketing & Visibility Support
Manage and schedule social media content
Engage with audience comments and messages
Monitor online reviews and maintain a positive online presence
Assist with podcast guest booking and outreach
Help plan and promote events, both virtual and in-person
Support content creation and basic graphic design
Personal Assistant Tasks
Schedule personal and family-related appointments
Handle online shopping, gift research, and purchasing
Manage reminders, grocery lists, and daily essentials
Organize family events, travel, and special occasions
Provide general lifestyle management support
Tools & Platforms You’ll Use
Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Calendar)
Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Podcast and booking tools (training available)
Canva or similar platforms for basic design tasks
Requirements
Highly organized, proactive, and efficient
Strong communicator with excellent written English
Able to manage multiple priorities without losing focus
Familiar with social media and content scheduling
Comfortable working independently and problem-solving on the go
Trustworthy and professional, with a strong sense of discretion
