We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Brand Marketing to lead brand strategy, storytelling, and execution across channels. This role is responsible for strengthening brand equity, increasing awareness, and driving affinity for our products and mission. You’ll lead a team of creative marketers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns that align with business goals and inspire our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the company’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency and clarity across all communications and experiences
  • Own brand positioning, voice, messaging frameworks, and visual identity
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns that support growth, engagement, and retention goals
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Digital, PR, Creative, and Executive Leadership to align brand initiatives with broader business objectives
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of brand, content, and campaign marketers
  • Lead customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform brand decisions
  • Oversee agency relationships, brand partnerships, sponsorships, and media buying strategies
  • Monitor brand health metrics, campaign performance, and ROI; adapt strategies accordingly

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success developing and executing breakthrough brand strategies and multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong storytelling, creative direction, and messaging experience
  • Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments (startup or scaling company preferred)
  • Skilled in building and leading collaborative teams
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus)
