The Global CRM Director is responsible for developing, scaling, and optimizing ABH’s CRM strategy. This role will lead lifecycle marketing efforts across email, SMS, loyalty and emerging CRM channels with a focus on customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV). The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and deeply customer-centric—able to think globally while executing locally. They must bring strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and an analytical mindset to craft personalized journeys that drive performance. The Global CRM Director should also be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement through testing, insights, and innovation.
Essential Job Functions:
- Define and lead the overall CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, push, and emerging channels.
- Develop and manage the CRM campaign calendar in coordination with product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling with a focus on customer engagement, retention, LTV growth, and reactivation.
- Set clear KPIs and align CRM initiatives with broader marketing and business goals.
- Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns (e.g., welcome, post-purchase, win-back, churn prevention) to guide customers through every stage of the journey.
- Develop and execute audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized experiences based on behavior, engagement, and purchase history.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, and 3rd Party teams to ensure campaigns are timely, relevant, and on-brand.
- Oversee CRM campaign performance, leveraging data to analyze open rates, click-through rates, conversion, churn, and LTV.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize subject lines, creative, cadence, and offers.
- Use customer insights and behavior data to drive content personalization, channel timing, and targeting strategies.
- Oversee and optimize the CRM tech stack, including integrations, platform enhancements, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with email, SMS, and privacy regulations
- Test and evaluate new CRM channels or tactics to enhance customer engagement and marketing performance.
- Oversee Loyalty Program, ensure strong consumer retention metrics and engagement. Update Tech Stack and optimize application as advances emerge. Embrace emerging technology.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant email and paid media experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Shopify, Listrak, Klavio, Attentive
- Experience with driving marketing programs utilizing test & learn approach
- Strong professional storytelling skills using PowerPoint
- A track record of problem solving and ability to deliver creative solutions on the spot
- Analytical and data-driven insight development and decision making
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; proven success supporting multiple projects simultaneously, with precise attention to detail
- Strong collaboration skills to build cross-functional relationships to achieve team goals
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express complex ideas, results, and areas of opportunities (both verbally and written)
- Proficient in Excel; Tableau, Google Analytics and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $135,000 - $150,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
