We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter the marketing field or for someone with a background in data and project support who wants to grow in a dynamic environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote, collaborative setting, is highly responsive, and takes ownership of day-to-day marketing operations. The coordinator will primarily support marketing logistics, systems, and data management but will also support cross department activities from event support to research.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in North America. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Event Logistics

  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows and industry events
  • Manage event calendars, bookings, shipping, and on-site materials
  • Support the development of event pre-briefings
  • Track event deliverables and deadlines in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Data & Reporting Management

  • Build and maintain lead and contact lists for marketing and sales teams
  • Ensure accurate data entry, cleanup, and segmentation in CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Support monthly reporting and dashboard updates

Marketing Systems & Operations Support

  • Assist with HubSpot marketing workflows, campaigns, and asset uploads
  • Maintain file libraries and shared folders (presentations, collateral, brand assets)
  • Support QA and testing for email and form deployments

General Team Support

  • Assist in scheduling internal meetings, project tracking, and documentation
  • Help with special projects across digital marketing, content, and field marketing
  • Provide administrative support to Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing as needed

Must Have Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles (email, events, automation)
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Outstanding organizational skills, task and detail-orientated, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communications skills and a self-starter
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing platforms
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or government technology companies
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in a marketing or operations role
  • Understanding of lead lifecycle stages and how marketing and sales interact in a CRM
  • Experience coordinating vendor relationships (e.g., print, shipping, swag, or event vendors)

Compensation

  • Pay Range: $21.50/hr-$24/hr
  • Hourly rate will be adjusted based on experience and geographic location.
