Digital Media Designer

• Please note: you must be comfortable with watching haunted/paranormal content, as this is the core of our business.

We’re looking for a versatile, creative Digital Media Designer to join our content team. You’ll be the visual brain behind our YouTube thumbnails, social content, and other design assets that drive engagement, build brand presence, and make everything we publish look great.

Responsibilities

• Design YouTube thumbnails that are optimized for CTR
• Create social media graphics, carousels, promos, and cover art (IG, YouTube, etc)
• Edit and touch up photos for XPLR, our merchandise and apparel brand
• Take raw creative ideas and turn them into polished visuals quickly
• Occasionally design other assets — presentation decks, PDFs, web graphics, etc.

Qualifications

• Must be able to start work at 5 AM Philippines time Tuesday through Saturday.
• Proven experience in digital content design
• Strong understanding of composition, color, and design principles
• Fluent in Adobe CC, Figma, or Canva Pro (whatever gets it done fast + right)
• Strong visual instincts, attention to detail, and a bias toward clarity
