About The Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives across various channels. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong ability to create engaging content, optimize campaigns, and manage digital tools and platforms. The role offers the flexibility of a 100% work-from-home arrangement, allowing you to drive impactful marketing campaigns while working independently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to align with business goals.
- Design visually compelling content using platforms like Canva or other animation software.
- Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility and drive quality traffic to the website.
- Manage affiliate marketing programs by setting up processes, recommending tools, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Monitor emerging digital trends, creating timely posts and campaigns to seize on new opportunities.
- Oversee updates and enhancements to the company’s Shopify store as needed.
- Produce and edit videos for use in marketing campaigns and social media channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance data, including traffic, engagement, and conversions, to drive continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with external vendors, including designers or print services, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Manage and run paid advertisements on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok to maximize conversions and engagement.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media posts and ad campaigns.
- Ensure security of client accounts by following remote work protocols and using tools like LastPass.
- Adapt to changes in algorithms and trends to optimize digital marketing strategies.
Competencies and Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Proficiency in SEO, affiliate marketing, and email marketing strategies.
- Skilled in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite and basic video editing software.
- Experience managing Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
- Proven track record of running ads on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and TikTok Shop.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze digital metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
