We are a 10-year-old B2B SaaS company that develops and markets multiple digital products. Our small but driven team is focused on helping SMBs solve real-world problems through software. We are now looking for a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead high-ROI campaigns and bring clarity and performance to our growth efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to build campaigns that convert.
Who We're Looking For
You are a B2B marketing expert who has experience targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You're a self-starter with both strategic vision and executional skill, especially with digital products and SaaS offerings.
Must-Have Experience
- Proven B2B marketing experience with an SMB focus
- Hands-on marketing for SaaS, digital platforms, courses, or services
- Proficiency across digital channels: SEO, paid ads, email, and social media
- Experience building and optimizing landing pages (e.g., with Elementor)
- Strong conversion copywriting skills—able to translate features into customer-focused value
- Ability to work independently and make data-informed decisions
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Digital Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and iterate on multichannel digital campaigns
- Manage SEO, paid media, email campaigns, and social content
🔹 Landing Pages & Funnels
- Build and update high-converting landing pages (WordPress + Elementor)
- Write clear, persuasive copy aligned to SMB buyer pain points
🔹 Content & Social Media
- Manage content scheduling across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook
- Repurpose video/podcast content using Descript
- Draft newsletters, blog posts, and thought leadership for SMB decision-makers
🔹 Automation & Ops
- Create and manage automations in Zapier and other tools
- Streamline repetitive marketing workflows and processes
🔹 Project Ownership
- Take ownership of initiatives from start to finish
- Collaborate closely with the founder to align marketing with business goals
- Step in and build systems where they don’t yet exist
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of digital marketing experience with a B2B SaaS or services focus
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English
- Proficient with WordPress, Elementor, and basic design/layout
- Familiarity with Zapier, Descript, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
- Experience with marketing automation and campaign analytics
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a bonus
- Highly self-directed, resourceful, and detail-oriented
