Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing Department

Reports To: Marketing Director

Supervises: Day-to-day tasks of Designers, Social Media Specialist, Content Writer,

SEO Specialist, Coordinators, Lead Generation Specialist

Collaborates With: Media Buyers, Marketing Managers

Autonomy Level: IV – Makes most decisions independently but seeks approval for major

ones

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (10:00 – 19:00)

Work Setting: Based in Egypt – (Remotely)

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager leads a high-performing digital team responsible for

delivering ROI-driven campaigns, supporting business growth, and increasing brand

visibility through targeted online strategies. This role involves leading SEO, content,

design, and social media functions while working closely with media buyers and

marketing managers to ensure consistent and effective digital execution across all

platforms.

Main Functions & Responsibilities

1- Campaign & Strategy Execution

  • Plan and implement digital campaigns aligned with strategic marketing goals
  • Coordinate with lead generation teams and media buyers to deliver quality

results

  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and real-time adjustments
  • Ensure timely and strategic delivery of marketing materials to internal teams
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual marketing strategy development by providing

digital insights and performance summaries

2- SEO & Website Optimization

  • Supervise SEO strategy execution and website audits with SEO specialists
  • Oversee implementation of website improvements and performance tracking
  • Analyze landing page behavior to enhance lead conversion
  • Evaluate SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, page load

speed, and backlink growth

3- Content & Social Media Oversight

  • Manage the social media specialist and content writer to ensure the platform

consistency

  • Oversee content calendars, creative storytelling, and platform engagement to

ensure consistent, high-quality delivery

  • Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines

4- Design & Creative Supervision

  • Coordinate with the design team to produce visuals for campaigns, pages, and

ads

  • Oversee design output and align with campaign requirements and deadlines
  • Establish quality control checklists and SOPs for visual assets

5- Media & Influencer Collaboration

  • Support media buyers with campaign content and creative assets
  • Evaluate influencer performance and align with paid media strategy
  • Ensure proper access, security, and optimization of all digital assets across

branches

6- Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Ensure CRM workflows and automation sequences are performing effectively
  • Collaborate with sales/call center teams to optimize lead nurturing

7- Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor reports on CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and campaign ROAS
  • Track and analyze engagement performance across platforms (likes, shares,

comments, watch time)

  • Generate reports on lead sources, traffic trends, and organic vs. paid

performance

  • Provide MoM/QoQ performance comparisons and dashboards
  • Map lead generation data with CRM records to optimize conversion rates

8- Digital Asset & Risk Management

  • Manage and audit brand-owned social media pages, ad accounts, landing pages,

and SEO properties

  • Monitor brand sentiment and digital reputation, and collaborate with relevant

teams to address public or platform-based issues in real-time

9- Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Set weekly priorities, review progress, and align individual goals with the department

KPIs

  • Collaborate with other marketing managers and departments to meet cross-

functional needs

  • Apply localized digital marketing approaches based on the Gulf and target audience

behavior, language, and platform usage patterns

Education

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or campaign management

Experience

  • 4–5 years of direct experience in digital marketing
  • Proven ability to manage digital teams and deliver campaign success
