Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, metrics-driven Digital Marketing Manager to fuel customer engagement and usage across Amira’s K–8 educator base. You’ll execute inspiring, educational campaigns across digital channels, personalized to the needs of teachers, administrators, and school leaders. Your work will directly impact student literacy outcomes and help cultivate a thriving, AI-powered educator community.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, data, tech, and community. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to create a seamless and impactful experience for educators.

Essential Functions:

Execute and Optimize Digital Campaigns

  • Plan, launch, and manage lifecycle email marketing, paid media, and retargeting campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Drive segmented, personalized customer journeys through email, social, in-app, and web experiences.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, image/video generators, predictive analytics) to accelerate content creation, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
  • Develop dynamic remarketing strategies using behavioral triggers and engagement data.

Content That Converts and Educates

  • Repurpose long-form content (e.g. case studies, webinars) into snackable formats—e.g., carousels, reels, short-form video—for use across platforms.
  • Create content that educates educators and school leaders, highlights customer success, and drives platform adoption.
  • Contribute to a content library of blog posts, teacher-facing articles, product updates, and community spotlights.

Social and Community Activation

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Amira’s social media presence—posting engaging, value-driven content and cultivating two-way conversations.
  • Support customer and ambassador program efforts by sharing educator stories and user-generated content.

Campaign Analytics and Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using HubSpot or related tools
  • .Monitor customer engagement and conversion pathways to optimize content, creative, and distribution.
  • Conduct A/B testing and surface insights that improve outcomes across lifecycle stages.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align on messaging, campaign objectives, and performance metrics.
  • Translate product launches, training events, and educator milestones into digital campaigns that drive awareness and adoption.

  • High-performing digital campaigns that boost teacher retention and activation.
  • Scalable, self-serve content that empowers teachers and reduces support volume.

Qualifications (Education and Experience):

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in SaaS or EdTech.
  • Know how to run personalized, full-funnel campaigns—from idea to iteration.
  • Have experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo).
  • Skilled in visual tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems.
  • Use AI tools to supercharge your creative, analytical, and operational workflows.
  • Understand how to reach, inspire, and educate K–8 teachers and school leaders.
  • Embrace rapid feedback, learning, and iteration. You’re as agile as the tech you use.
