Digital Marketing Specialist – Remote | Permanent | Competitive Salary

Myn is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to help build our brand, deliver high-impact campaigns, and support the growth of our recruitment platform. This is a permanent, fully remote position offering a competitive salary and the chance to take full ownership of the digital marketing function.

We’re looking for someone hands-on, creative, and commercially minded—someone who understands how to drive results through content, campaigns, and digital strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Brand building – Strengthen Myn’s presence across key digital platforms, ensuring consistency and clarity in our message.
  • Video content creation – Plan, shoot, and edit short-form content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, including brand explainers, client testimonials, and how-tos.
  • Social media strategy – Lead our approach to organic social, including content planning, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Website and landing pages – Keep our site and landing pages fresh, optimised, and aligned with campaigns and lead generation goals.
  • Campaign management – Develop and execute paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Content marketing – Create blogs, newsletters, video scripts, infographics, and more — all aligned to a structured content calendar.
  • SEO and CRO – Improve visibility and conversion through keyword research, UX insights, and testing.
  • Performance tracking – Monitor key marketing metrics and adjust strategy based on results.
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with sales, product, and leadership to ensure campaigns align with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or agency marketing.
  • Confident creating short-form video content using tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere.
  • Strong grasp of LinkedIn marketing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRMs.
  • Good understanding of SEO, paid media, and web conversion tactics.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, work independently, and adapt quickly.
  • Creative thinker who backs ideas with data and clear reasoning.
  • Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
