Your Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for our users, assisting them via chat, email, and other digital channels with questions about the client’s no-code-platform.
- Identify issues in marketing performance and run root cause analyses using tools like Google Analytics.
- Analyse customer data to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Consult clients directly and tailor solutions to their needs.
- Take ownership of your own projects from day one
- Gain valuable experience in building a SaaS company within the online marketing industry.
Your profile
- Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or client-facing roles is a must (we value motivation and a positive attitude).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or similar roles
- Familiar with key metrics like CLV, Net Dollar Retention, and CSAT.
- Background in a marketing agency, software company, or startup environment
- Solution-oriented mindset — you actively seek collaboration to overcome challenges
- Strong communicator who enjoys building and maintaining client relationships.
- Curious, eager to learn, and open to gaining new skills and perspectives.
- Confident working with standard MS Office tools and enjoy working with data.
- Must have the right to work in South Africa (e.g., South African citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work visa)
Nice to Have
- SQL knowledge — ability to work with relational data and build queries.
- Tools you’ve used — let us know which tools/platforms you're experienced with (e.g., GA4, Meta Ads, Looker Studio, Webflow, Notion, Airtable, etc.).
- What you've built — tell us about real-world projects you’ve worked on
(campaigns, websites, automations, dashboards, etc.).
- ChatGPT usage — how do you use AI tools like ChatGPT in your day-to-day
work?
- Experience with Zapier — or similar automation/integration tools.
- Website building experience — any experience developing or launching
websites?
- Java — experience with Java is a plus, though not required.
