Job Summary

The Campaign Lead will oversee projects within the campaign management area of Product & Equity Campaign Marketing. They will lead the overall strategic direction, coordination, implementation, and execution of specific projects to deliver marketing campaign objectives. This individual will work with cross-functional project teams and pass along strategic direction (from the Campaign Manager and Team Director), marketing communications, and assets to regional and dealer partners for execution within their region and market teams.

The Campaign Lead has a specific focus on omni-channel execution with H-D.com, organic social, H-D Museum, HOG, and events. The lead ensures collaborative planning for owned H-D channels, inputs into the North America product campaign plan, and aids with budgeting, agency management, and creative asset production. The marketing lead is a key stakeholder in ensuring successful model year campaign launch and supports the Dealer Digital Program and MDF program as needed, to ensure cross-channel alignment of key messages and product in the region.

The ideal candidate for this role must be a motivated self-starter that is always looking to improve their work and make a difference in Global Marketing. They ensure all projects are completed with consistency to the company strategy and goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages and supports several marketing programs within the North America campaign team, driving product and equity initiatives within the North America affiliate.
  • Build a 360-channel strategy (including web, e-commerce, email, and HDFS) and business plan, oversee agency briefs, track KPIs, and translate assets.
  • Update and manage vendor contracts, supplier agreements, and SOWs as required.
  • Share out of best practices globally, and work closely with cross functional teams.
  • Work on copywriting, asset production, and spearhead legal, trademark, and product integrity reviews.
  • Ensure ongoing communications with dealer network (news items, webinars, etc.) and internal teams.
  • Regular interaction and joint planning with the product marketing team.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Experience Requirements

Required

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project and campaign management.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work under tight deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Ability to oversee budgets, contracting, and supplier selection.
  • Creative, analytical, and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Consumer-first mindset with brand, lead generation, and media experience.

Preferred

  • Experience working with multiple levels within the organization
  • Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.
  • Adobe Analytics and internal dashboards.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience working with motorcycles.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
