As a digital designer on the Agency Marketing team, you'll design engaging, user-centric digital experiences across web, mobile, and marketing platforms. You’ll contribute to projects involving motion graphics and animation, with a focus on producing accessible and inclusive designs. This role also involves applying AI design best practices and staying current with emerging tools and technologies to drive innovation. You’ll collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and content strategists to deliver high-impact creative that supports business goals and enhances the customer experience.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Web Design, Graphic Design or related field of study (Visual Communications) and a minimum of 3-5 years visual web design experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 7 years related web site design, graphic design or multimedia development experience

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience designing modern, digital interfaces with a strong emphasis on UX/UI best practices possessing a demonstrated eye for clean, consistent, and professional design
  • Knowledge of Accessibility Best Practices and/or eagerness to learn/train
  • Proficient with Motion Graphics/Animation
  • Knowledge of AI best practices
  • Experience or training in human-centered design or design thinking methodologies
  • Passion for enhancing the digital workplace and improving user engagement and adoption

Compensation

  • $70,000 - $90,000/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
