This role requires strong client-facing skills, autonomy, and the ability to lead pre-construction phases, including technical services, site visits, and coordination with architects and subconsultants. • o:Support the design of a 3-story, 1000 sq ft luxury retail space, contributing to concept development and executio
• n.Create high-quality renders and visualizations that reflect a refined, contemporary design languag
• e.Assist in the development of layout proposals, finishes, lighting concepts, and spatial planning aligned with luxury retail standard
• s.Participate in client reviews and incorporate feedback effectively into design iteration
• s.Collaborate with the team to deliver compelling presentations and design packages using tools like SketchUp, Rhino, or simila
• r.Work with Revit (preferred but not mandatory) for documentation and model developmen

t.
What you must ha

• ve:3+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, or related fiel
• ds.A strong portfolio that showcases contemporary commercial or retail spaces, preferably high-e
• nd.Proficiency in rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or simila
• r).Experience with CAD tools and ideally some familiarity with Rev
• it.Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of spatial desi
