Job Title: Designer
Location: 100% Remote, United State
Duration: 3-6 month contract, 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $40.00-$45.00/hourly
Key Responsibilities
- Create digital and print designs for campaigns and events, including web, email, social, and large-scale graphics.
- Present multiple design options that align with brand guidelines and allow creative flexibility.
- Partner with writers, designers, and producers to deliver cohesive marketing materials.
- Revise designs based on feedback while ensuring quality and brand consistency.
- Prepare accurate, production-ready files across digital and print formats.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail.
- Assist in developing presentations for creative concepts.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools, including emerging AI technologies, to improve creative work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or comparable professional experience.
- 3–5 years of hands-on design experience in either an agency setting or in-house team.
- Portfolio showcasing strong skills in both digital and event design across diverse platforms.
- Keen design eye with a deep understanding of visual storytelling and brand communication.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma and AI tools is a bonus.
- Well-versed in digital design best practices, including banner ads and email layouts.
- Demonstrated success in event design, particularly large-scale print graphics with consistent brand application.
- Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiar with project management software.
