Position Overview

Budgeting & Finance

  • Lead financial processes for performance media channels, including Linear TV, CTV, Podcasts, and YouTube.
  • Manage purchase orders (POs), invoices, and accruals to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Oversee media budget tracking, pacing, and reporting in collaboration with the agency of record.

Creative Process

  • Own creative briefing documents and manage workflow in partnership with the creative operations team.
  • Oversee the development and trafficking of video and audio assets to ensure timely execution.

Calendar Management

  • Manage calendar scheduling and coordination for weekly and quarterly meetings across internal teams and external partners.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Conduct ongoing quality assurance (QA) for attribution measurement, including:

  • QA’ing pixels with the web development team.

  • Pulling reports from internal measurement systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.

  • Collaborating with the analytics team to address issues, implement fixes, and drive updates.

  • Partner with the promotions team to ensure proper setup and tracking of promo codes.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Manage and build excel spreadsheets
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum 2-3 Years experience in marketing at an agency or brand marketing team, preferably DTC
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.

California : [$47,500.00 - 67,250.00]

Connecticut and New York: [$47,500.00 - $61,500]

Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota and Washington: [$47,500.00 - $57,000.00]

Nevada: [$44,750.00 - $61,500.00]

Maryland and New Jersey: [$51,250..00 - $61,500.00]

Hawaii : [$44,750.00 – $53,500.00]

This opportunity can be remote, but candidates must reside in a state in which Shutterfly is registered to do business. This includes all US states except District of Columbia, North Dakota, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wyoming.
