- Create wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, or similar.
- Build interactive, clickable prototypes that effectively communicate ideas and user flows.
- Design visually cohesive UI systems in Figma, including components, layouts, states, and transitions.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems using tokens and variables for scalable design consistency.
- Work with interaction design, micro-interactions, and motion design to elevate user experience.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design intent is preserved through implementation.
- Take quick, confident visual design decisions, recognizing trade-offs and defending design rationale.
- Review peers' work to spot inconsistencies and propose meaningful improvements.
- Stay inspired by digital design trends and maintain a rich visual reference library.

- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and UI patterns across platforms.
- Ability to design responsive, accessible interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
- Experience working with design systems, with knowledge of design tokens (color, spacing, typography, elevation) as single-source variables across platforms.
- Familiarity with tokenization strategies for theming (e.g., light/dark mode) and accessibility (e.g., contrast compliance).
- Skilled in creating flexible components with variants, properties, and auto layout in Figma.
- Comfortable with prototyping ideas quickly, iterating based on feedback, and validating with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting and rationalizing design decisions.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).

- Ability to rationalize design choices with clarity, considering the broader product ecosystem and diverse use cases.
- Problem-solving mindset, comfortable working within complex technical and business constraints without compromising on user experience.
- Skilled at building and evolving cohesive, accessible visual design systems, adhering to usability and WCAG standards.
- A sharp eye for detail, able to spot inconsistencies, errors, or potential improvements during design reviews and iterate rapidly.
- Passionate about motion design, with experience creating animation assets and identifying moments of impactful interaction.
- Maintains a rich visual library drawn from delightful experiences across the web, bringing fresh inspiration to projects.
